Jema + Jaxx Biothane Dog Gear is not responsible for any damages caused by the use of any of our dog gear or camera harnesses. This includes but is not limited to misuse, defects or failure in the production or in materials. We are not responsible for accidents that occur while using our gear. The purchaser agrees to accept all responsibility when buying and using our prodcuts.
