Warranty

Jema + Jaxx Biothane Dog Gear is designed and built with durability in mind. In rare cases hardware may need to be replaced or repaired.  We are happy to offer a warranty that covers any issues with hardware. 

Here is what would be covered:

• trigger snap stops working or breaks
• scissor snap stops working or breaks
• d-rings, o-rings or rivets break 

Our warranty does not cover any damage cause by everyday wear and misuse.  What is not covered includes:

• damaged caused by improper use of crossbody/belt and multi-leash 
• damaged caused by chewing, scratches, etc
• finishes on metal wearing-off 
• oxidization and tarnish marking biothane 
• color changes due to aging, sun, water, or other elements
